His background includes military service in the U.S. Air Force, senior roles in healthcare operations, teaching leadership in higher education, and leading in nonprofit, faith-based, and cross-industry settings. A former athlete and coach, he draws on team-driven principles to inspire discipline, resilience, and performance.
Through these roles, he has identified a consistent gap where leaders are often placed in roles without the necessary structure or strategy to succeed.
